Create and publish the KDOG bylaws
Bylaws are the organization’s operating manual and help define:
1 - Size of the board and how it will function
2 - Roles and duties of directors and officers
3 - Rules and procedures for holding meetings, electing directors, and appointing officersThis allows more people to take on official roles . This would help reduce the workload of the primary members as well as create more member involvement.
Also create some committees to handle important tasks like:
1 – Communications
2 – Fundraising
3 – Event planning
4 – Treasurer

Locating the Map
Congratulations on all your hard work! I am so excited to have a park in Kirkland. It took me a while to locate a map. Might want to re-label or relocate especially for the opening months.

Females in heat being prohibited is a no-brainer but prohibiting intact males???
Drop this prohibition on intact males. We have an intact Gordon Setter which has never fought with another dog. He needs to be intact to be shown in AKC shows.
